Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your ZENLET TW account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into a secure shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
